The Opportunity Our client has successfully launched a new home loan product that has seen strong demand and is now seeking a Lending Operations Associate to join their supportive and collaborative team. This role is well suited to someone early in their career looking to build a long-term pathway within lending, or someone with 1–2 years’ experience within professional services, banking or financial services looking to transition into or develop within a lending environment. You’ll work closely with the Founders and Head of Operations, gaining hands-on exposure rarely available in larger organisations. Key Responsibilities • Supporting the full lifecycle of mortgage lending applications across the end-to-end customer journey • Reviewing, collating and processing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Supporting customers and internal stakeholders throughout the lending journey • Liaising with legal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely settlements • Assisting with policies, procedures and broader lending operations • Contributing to projects and process improvements as the business continues to grow This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn quickly, gain strong exposure across lending operations and have the opportunity to contribute ideas as the business grows. You may currently be working in an entry-level banking, financial services, lending operations, mortgage administration or customer-facing role, or you may be a recent graduate looking to transition into lending.
